A personal 30-minute remote session, delivered directly by me, for everyday technology questions, setup and troubleshooting. I agree the most suitable way to connect and explain the next steps clearly.
The session costs £95. Additional non-member time is £95 per 30 minutes, agreed before continuing. Active Individual and Family members use their included allowance first; additional remote support is £60 per 30 minutes. Sign in to the account holding your active membership for the additional-support price, or contact me to use your included allowance.
Remote support is available throughout the UK, Monday–Friday, 9am–9pm UK time, excluding bank holidays, by appointment. Equipment, software subscriptions, extended training and larger projects are quoted separately.
