Personal technology support in your home, delivered directly by me, including setup, troubleshooting and practical guidance. The first hour is £195 including core local travel; additional non-member time is £90 per 30 minutes, agreed before continuing.
Active Individual and Family members receive additional home support at £150 per hour, then £75 per additional 30 minutes, with core local travel included. Sign in to the account holding your active membership for the member price. To book an included membership visit, contact me rather than buying this additional visit.
Local travel included
My core area is normally within a 45-minute drive each way from Draycot Cerne, near Chippenham. Roughly 25–30 miles is only an illustrative guide; coverage depends on your confirmed address and route. The postcode check at checkout assesses journey-time eligibility without adding a mileage charge. Please contact me before paying if your address is outside the core area. Visits around 45–75 minutes away may be arranged with a fixed travel quote agreed first; longer journeys are privately quoted.
I provide support Monday–Friday, 9am–9pm UK time, excluding bank holidays, by appointment and subject to availability. Buying a visit does not reserve an immediate appointment. Equipment, software subscriptions, installations and larger projects are quoted separately.
